Term   Description  
Waive To relinquish or abandon; to forego a right to enforce or require anything.

Warranty Deed A deed used to convey real property which contains warranties of title and quiet possession and the grantor thus agrees to defend the premises against the lawful claims of third persons. (See Also: Grant Deed, Deed)

Wrap-Around Mortgage A mortgage which is subordinate to, but yet includes the encumbrance or encumbrances to which it is subordinated. (Also called the all-inclusive mortgage or all inclusive trust deed.)

Will A legal declaration of a person's wishes regarding the disposal of his or her property or estate after death; especially: a written instrument legally executed by which a person makes disposition of his or her estate to take effect after death.
