First, we will give you a preview on the process we will follow so you will be comfortable and have a good idea on how we will find your new home.

• We will pre-qualify you with a mortgage broker (unless you have already done so). The reason we do this early on is so we can concentrate on finding the best home in your price range. This will give you a stronger position when the time comes to make an offer.

• Identifying your needs and wants, likes and dislikes, and neighborhood preferences will be the next step.

• Once we have narrowed those down, we will search listings which will best fit your needs, in and around the surrounding area.
• Now we are all excited because we found YOUR home.

• Writing the offer to purchase your home will probably make you a little nervous, because we are not really sure how the current owner will respond. You can be assured, however, we will constantly be in touch with you to keep you informed on the progress to their response.

• Once your offer is accepted, you will be extremely anxious to get to the point where you can move in.

• There are some more things to do first. Now you will talk seriously to your mortgage broker to get the loan process under way.

• We will order the appropriate home inspections to insure your home is in good shape.

• Contact an attorney to get a closing date scheduled.

• We close the deal and now the house is YOURS!
